What to include when emailing

  1. Your Stripe Account ID (starts with acct_) — helps us look up the invocation log.
  2. The action you're using (Discord, Notion, etc.).
  3. The Workflow event that triggered it (e.g. invoice.paid).
  4. A timestamp (UTC) of a failing invocation, if applicable.
  5. Whether the failure is consistent or intermittent.

Don't share third-party API keys or merchant data over email — we never ask for credentials. If we need to look up something, we'll do it via your Stripe Account ID.
