What to include when emailing
- Your Stripe Account ID (starts with
acct_) — helps us look up the invocation log. - The action you're using (Discord, Notion, etc.).
- The Workflow event that triggered it (e.g.
invoice.paid). - A timestamp (UTC) of a failing invocation, if applicable.
- Whether the failure is consistent or intermittent.
Don't share third-party API keys or merchant data over email — we never ask for credentials. If we need to look up something, we'll do it via your Stripe Account ID.
