Pricing FAQ
What counts as an action execution?+
Every time Stripe Workflows invokes one of your installed Outbound actions, that's one execution. Idempotent retries (Stripe re-firing the same invocation on 5xx) don't count twice — we dedupe on Stripe's id.
What happens if I hit the monthly limit?+
On Free and Starter, actions return a 503 and Stripe will retry until the limit resets. You won't get charged for overage automatically — we'll email you with options (upgrade or wait).
Do you charge for the Postgres action separately?+
No. The Postgres action counts the same as any other execution. You provide the database; we just write to it.
Is there a discount for nonprofits or open source?+
Yes. Email support@outboundforworkflows.com with details.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancellation is immediate; you keep access through the end of the billing period. No retention call, no friction.
